By taking this time, I reduce decision fatigue during the week, minimize stress, and create a clear mental space for my goals. It’s truly about setting the tone for success. My beauty and self-care routine is a non-negotiable part of my reset. I start with what I call my "everything shower." This isn't just a quick rinse; it's a full pamper session. I use a luxurious body scrub, make sure to shave, and really take my time. After, I focus on my skin. I love incorporating a gentle chemical exfoliation into my nighttime skincare routine to ensure a fresh canvas. Sometimes, I'll even steam my face over a bowl of hot water with essential oils, followed by a hydrating sheet mask – it feels like a mini spa at home! Hair gets extra love too: a warm oil scalp massage the night before, followed by a deep condition and styling. And of course, fresh nails and thoroughly exfoliated feet are a must to feel polished from head to toe. Next comes wellness and productivity. Planning is key!
