My BTO will come with vinyl flooring, but i have heard that the workmanship from HDB is quite bad? Would you recommend hacking and redoing the vinyl, or is it usually ok to keep it? Also, how long before key collection should I start contacting a contractor? Appreciate any advice. Thanks!
