The ability to stop thinking lies in first recognizing that thoughts aren’t you. They are separate from you and out of control.
And that is until you realize that what keeps them alive and real is your attention to them alone.
What this means is that when you stop giving attention to thoughts, and let them just pass by without creating any beliefs, they disappear.
So my ask of you today is this, whenever you have a thought ask yourself, do I NEED this thought? And if not let it go.
You will soon notice that 99% of thoughts you have are on autopilot, and are not needed.
Do that for one day. It will feel forced at the beginning but by the end of the day you will be awed by the amount of peace and sense of enlightment you’ll get.
But remember that doing this just for one day, isnt the trick. Its repeatedly as you fall in tp thoughts, rising back until being present or not overthinking becomes the new autopilot.
What you pay attention to you grow, and what you practice you get good at. So let this practice be what you pay attention to and what you practice.
P.S. I am offering a FREE one on one healing session to get you closer to states of no thinking and therefore enlightenment.

In our fast-paced world, many find themselves overwhelmed by incessant thoughts. Recognizing that these thoughts are not integral to your identity is the first step towards mental freedom. Research indicates that cognitive understanding can significantly reduce stress and anxiety levels. Practicing mindfulness techniques such as meditation can enhance your ability to observe thoughts without attachment. Numerous studies support the benefits of mindfulness in cultivating emotional resilience and mental clarity. It’s essential to create a habit of questioning your thoughts: Are they necessary? This practice not only aids in clearing your mind but contributes to a calmer state of being. Furthermore, engaging in grounding exercises can help anchor you in the present moment, providing a substantial counter to the whirlwind of thoughts that can cloud your mental landscape. Sharing your experiences or journaling about them can also facilitate deeper insight into your thought patterns. By actively choosing which thoughts to entertain and which to let go, you can create a more fulfilling mental environment conducive to personal growth and awareness.
