I made sure I ate good yesterday. From workouts I had the calories to hit my goal. Still reading atomic habits, and drank tons of water. I use the AI scanner in my net diary to get an average of my dinner, i usually just adjust afterwards if things seem off. I'm motivated and excited. #75healt
