... Read moreHey besties! We all see those incredible 'LIFE UPDATE 34/75 days' posts and get inspired by the visible physical progress, whether it's in a mirror selfie from the gym or just feeling stronger. But what if I told you the true magic of a 75-day challenge, especially a 'soft' one, lies in making it truly *holistic*? When I first started my own journey, I was focused mainly on the physical aspects – hitting those workouts, eating clean, pushing myself. And yes, those are absolutely vital! You feel amazing after a sweaty session, right? But as I've progressed, hitting milestones like Day 34, I've realized it's so much more than just the physical transformation. The real change happens when you start nurturing your mind and spirit alongside your body. So, what does '75 holistic' actually mean in practice? It's about integrating wellness into every part of your day. Beyond the workouts, consider incorporating daily mindfulness or meditation, even for just 5-10 minutes. This helps with stress reduction and mental clarity, which are game-changers for staying consistent. Journaling can be another powerful tool; imagine tracking not just your reps or meals, but your thoughts, emotions, and small victories. This helps you understand your patterns and celebrate your emotional growth just as much as your physical progress. Another huge part of a holistic approach is prioritizing recovery and self-care. It's not just about pushing hard; it's about listening to your body. Are you getting enough sleep? Are you hydrating properly throughout the day? Are you taking rest days when needed? These elements are often overlooked but are crucial for sustainable progress over 75 days. Think of it this way: your body, whether you're in a sports bra and leggings crushing a workout or just going for a walk, needs proper fuel and rest to perform its best and avoid burnout. Ultimately, a holistic 75-day challenge is about building sustainable habits that contribute to your overall well-being, not just a temporary fix. It's about developing mental resilience, emotional balance, and a deep connection with your body. It's a journey of self-discovery that extends far beyond the gym, creating a better, more balanced you from the inside out. Let's embrace this journey together and truly transform!

I’ve always been interested in the 75 challenges but I can never find the concrete rules, everyone has different ones. What rules are you following? I think it’s such a good way to start habits and I definitely want to start some healthy habits.
