• 1 cup spinach
• 1/2 apple, diced (with skin)
• 1/2 lemon, peel and seeds removed
• 1 mandarin or orange
• 1/2 banana (fresh or frozen)
• 1 cup kale
• 1/4 small avocado
• 3/4 cup water
• 1 inch fresh ginger
• Cilantro or parsley (start with 5 leaves?)
• 1 celery stalk
• I added leftover chard (about a cup)
Blend together and enjoy.
