Midi Skirts I Love At Madewell

Midi-length skirts are one of those pieces that just work for almost anything. The length feels easy and practical, while still looking a bit more elevated than something shorter. They pair well with basics like tanks, tees, or light sweaters, and you can dress them up or down depending on the shoes. Whether it’s flowey or more structured, a midi skirt is a reliable option that feels put together without needing much effort. I tried a few on at Madewell that I loved, and ended up purchasing myself.

This 'Smocked-Waist Midi Skirt in Poplin' runs about $118, I'm wearing a size extra small and it fits like a glove. I love that you can wear this high or low-waisted, especially with the ruching around the top half. Another major plus of this skirt is that it has pockets, and the poplin is so soft and comfortable.

The 'Maxi Slip Skirt in Linen' is $128 and 100% linen. I am wearing a size extra small and it fits super well with the elastic band, but I could have done a small as well for a looser and lower rise fit. The fact that its 100% linen is super nice, and comfy. I love this color especially for summer coming up.

Madewells 'Drop-Waist Maxi Skirt in Cotton-Linen Denim' is $158, and I am wearing a size small. I like the drop-waist of this skirt and how flowey it is. I love the look of the denim, but it's soft like cotton. Very lightweight for summer.
