Skincare Routine: Body Care Edition

I used to think my skincare routine only applied to my face, but as I've gotten older, I've realized treating my body with the same love is a complete game-changer! It's not just about looking good; it's about feeling amazing and maintaining healthy, resilient skin from head to toe. If you're like me and want to elevate your personal care routine beyond just a quick shower, here are some tips and steps I’ve picked up that have truly transformed my skin. It all starts with a good cleanse. I love a rich, hydrating body wash that doesn't strip my skin.
