💦 I do both sometimes. I add lemon, honey and cayenne pepper sometimes and sometimes I drop an energy pack but most of the time it’s my plain water.

Honestly both. I mostly will drink just plain water but lately if I want something sweet or a little treat I’ll add some mio or crystal light or some sort of sugar free flavorings to it. I’m open to suggestions if you have some favorites!
