๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ Coming from someone who use to lifting 35lbs you would think thatโ€™s a slap in the face but NOPE I now know that itโ€™s not the height but the consistency ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ

๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸพSHOOT Iโ€™M JUST GLAD I CAN DO SOMETHING ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ not saying I wonโ€™t feel pain but the most important thing is TO KEEP MOVING ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ and to DO IT AT YOUR PACE AND COMFORT โ€ผ๏ธ itโ€™s a START.
