Embracing the Sunrise- Mindful Habit

There’s something magical about starting the day with the sunrise—it’s a moment of peace before the chaos begins. One of my favorite wellness essentials is simply sitting in the grass, watching the sun peek over the horizon. This mindful habit helps me ground myself, quiet my anxious thoughts, and set the tone for a positive day.

🌅 How to Try It Yourself:

1. Find a quiet spot outdoors, whether it’s your backyard, a park, or a field.

2. Bring a blanket or just sit directly on the grass for that connection to nature.

3. Leave your phone on “Do Not Disturb” (unless recording like me!) and take deep breaths.

4. Focus on the colors of the sky, the sounds around you, and the stillness of the moment.

🌿 Why it works: Taking time to pause and breathe helps reduce stress and improve focus, especially for those of us with ADHD or anxiety.
