[NEW‼️] vintage chinese spot at outram | Luo Niang Niang 🏮✨

Outram just welcomed a new Chinese spot with vintage vibes & super wallet-friendly prices!

Here’s what we tried:

🥟 Signature Wanton ($7.80) – 20 pieces! So worth it & surprisingly addictive.

🌶️ Fengdu Spicy Chicken ($11.80) – packs a fiery kick and super flavourful.

🍡 Brown Sugar Glutinous Rice Balls ($4.80) – the perfect sweet ending, love the chewy tang yuan!

📍 23 Bukit Pasoh Rd, #01 -00, Singapore 089837

... Read moreIf you're considering a visit to Luo Niang Niang at Outram Park, here are a few tips from my experience that can help. Despite its vintage charm, the restaurant is set up to handle the bustling crowd well, but going slightly earlier or on a weekday helped me avoid the peak dining rush. The signature wantons at $7.80 for 20 pieces is hard to beat—not only generous in portion, but the flavors are well balanced with a nice savory filling and a hint of spring onion. I recommend pairing it with the Fengdu Spicy Chicken; it's packed with a bold spicy kick that complements the wantons perfectly. For dessert, the brown sugar glutinous rice balls are a delight. The chewy texture and sweetness make it a unique finish to the meal, different from the typical desserts in many Chinese restaurants. From what I noticed, the restaurant menu at Luo Niang Niang offers a variety of dishes beyond what I had, including some vegetarian options and other traditional recipes. It’s also a great place if you're exploring the food scene around Bukit Pasoh Road—you get authentic flavors without burning a hole in your pocket. No reservations were required during my visit, but I saw some guests inquire about it, so if you’re planning a group outing or visiting on weekends, a reservation could be wise. Overall, Luo Niang Niang stands out in Outram Park not just for its vintage aesthetics and Instagram-worthy decor, but for delivering authentic Chinese comfort food with excellent value. Definitely one to revisit for anyone who loves traditional Chinese dumplings and flavorful, spicy dishes!

Authentic Chongqing Wontons at Outram Park
A new authentic Chinese restaurant with good food and charming Chongqing-style decor. Tried a few dishes on my first visit — here’s my honest take: Chongqing Pork Buns — $7.8 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Small, chewy and saucy. Not your usual pork bun — soft with a lightly chewy bite. The filling isn’t a lot, but it’s

Girls, this spot is dangerous for your wallet 😭
I think I just found my new shopping obsession. 📍 With Love just opened a 3-storey store at Neil Road, and honestly, you could get lost in here for hours (in a good way). What I love is that it’s not your usual mall mix - it’s filled with independent brands from Singapore, Sydney, Ho Chi Minh
