When using the eTRS self-help tax refund machine at a thorough step.
1. Choose a language. Understand that there is Thai as well.
2. Press the Declare GST Refund button.
3. Press the I Agree button.
4. Swipe the passport
5. This allows us to choose where to extract our purchases. There are two ways:
5.1 Scan the slips at the store for us to come to each card. At the head it says "eTRS TICKET." When one is done, press the "ADD MORE TICKET" button.
5.2 If we use a single credit card to make all purchases and when we buy it, it is notified that the store has registered that credit card as our main card. The system calls that credit card "eTRS TOKEN," then we press the "SWIPE CARD" button. We just swipe the card, and then the system will pull out all our items immediately.
6.Once you have checked all our items correctly, press the Next button.
7. There are two types of tax refund payment methods: CREDIT CARD, which will refund the credit card we want, and CASH will refund the cash on the inside. The box is called "Centreal Refund Counter."
8. Press the REQUEST FOR APPROVAL button. Then the system will print out the slip. Check the slip if it says APPROVED or NOT APPROVED. If it is APPROVED, it means that the Tax Refund has been completed. Let us check in. But if it says NOT APPROVED, it means that we are lucky, randomly checked. There is nothing. Let us go to the "GST Refund Custom Inspection" counter nearby. Then the staff will check the item we bought correctly or not. Then the slip will be released for us. It is considered done as well.
