Am I the only one?

sometimes I feel like I’m the only person who has to try so hard to be friends with people. Like it doesn’t come “naturally” like it does for others. Sometimes I think I just don’t mesh well with others. I don’t really know who I am or have a solid identity for myself and I think that plays a part. But ever since I was young in school, I had a hard time making friends, or feeling included with my “friends”. As I age I realize that my true friends will come along when the time is right, and it doesn’t matter how long you’ve known someone if they are willing to include you and care about you then that’s what’s important. But I can’t help but feel left out seeing my old “friends” hanging out, posting pictures, and meeting up at events, because it brings back those feelings of being left out back in high school. Am I the only one who feels like friendships & friend groups are HARD?
