One highlight was the ivut meringue layer cake, which, despite being a bit dry, featured a fantastic flavor. I wished I had captured its beautiful chocolate glaze in a photo. I also made a vanilla sponge cake log adorned with French buttercream and fresh raspberries, which not only tasted divine but also pleased my classmates with its whimsical log appearance. Another creation was a Noisette cake, a hazelnut sponge topped with hazelnut frosting and caramel chips. Although the process was challenging, the end result was visually stunning and delicious. Lastly, I experimented with mini treats, including a mini chocolate Sachettorte that my classmates dubbed as "walking diabetes" due to its indulgent taste. I also crafted a petite strawberry-soaked sponge cake, elegantly layered with strawberries and vanilla mousse. Each dessert reflected the skills I've gained and the joy of baking, inspiring others to embark on their baking journey!
