For those with sensitive skin, a chamomile and oat milk bath is gentle yet powerful. It calms itchiness and moisturizes deeply, suitable for kids and adults alike. I usually prepare this by mixing ground oats, chamomile, and powdered milk, then placing the mixture in a muslin bag to steep in warm water before soaking for 20 minutes.
