How NOT to feel guilty about screen time 📺

I used to feel so guilty about letting my kids have screen time. 😅

But once I started balancing it with other things like hands-on learning activities, sensory play, or just getting outside for a walk or park time, that guilt started to fade.

Now, we keep screen time under an hour a day, and it’s usually something educational (thank you, Ms. Rachel 🙌).

So if you’re feeling guilty about screen time… don’t. You’re doing your best, and a little TV won’t undo all the love and effort you pour into your kids. 🤍

I only allow my daughter two hours of screen time and I don’t allow her to use her iPad in the house because it’s only for road trips in case of emergency.

Present mom AND time for myself — how ? 🌿
Can I be honest about something? The question isn’t really “how do I find the balance.” It’s “why do I feel so guilty every time I try to take a minute for myself?” Most moms have pockets of time. It’s the guilt that makes them unusable. You scroll through them instead of resting in them.
