Everyone acts like sleep training a 3-month-old is cruel… it’s not. Babies can absolutely learn healthy sleep habits early on. You just have to be consistent and gentle about it.

I’m not saying let them scream for long periods, but teaching independent sleep at this stage made our whole household calmer and more rested. Sometimes structure is love too. 💤
