Resigned! From the first job

Share experiences out of the comfort zone to find new experiences. 👋🏻

We work exactly as we learned, can graduate here, so at first for about 2 years, decided to quit, really a good social job, good colleagues, but secretly hard work at some times, including welfare that we think elsewhere is better, so quit to find something new. Personally, we quit with a job support, so not very stressed.

We leave because we want to find new experiences, new societies, growth in jobs. It's important to raise salaries, but there are other reasons why we decide to quit.

🚩 red flags that make us think we want to find new experiences.

- The job doesn't remember. Sometimes I'm confused about what position I'm doing.

- Overtime, sometimes Saturday, Sunday. Customers call at midnight. (This line is sometimes like this, some days but very tired, sometimes wanting to rest)

- A leave of absence that doesn't mean a leave. Sometimes you have to carry a computer everywhere to be standby.

- Welfare with only August cover + end of year bonus (not guaranteed depending on earnings)

- Work, life, balance, not much. Most of the time is up.

- Saturated with jobs plus small organizations.

😚 All of the above is not all bad. All jobs teach us to grow and have vaccines to work elsewhere. This gives us a lot. As a small organization, we capture almost everything (but sometimes a lot of discouraged). We try a lot of new things. We have experienced a lot of old places to build on the new.
