What are you doing?
Intermediaries coordinate between importers-exporters, ship lines or airlines, warehouses, including the preparation of various documents used to import or export them.
👉🏻. Main duties.
1) Coordinate with the customer (Shipper), find the Schedule of each ship line to match the customer's load plan or requirements.
2) Prepare the Booking of the Ship Line according to the customer's req
3) If some companies have completed the loop, they may need to find a dragger, walk customs clearance, provide the customer with a shipping leaf, a shipping bill, but if you only do frets, you can provide the customer with an export document (BL of the ship line).
4) Stay supportive and resolve problems for customers
Advantage

The downside
🤔 Some companies work almost without work life balance for us, because they have to wait for standby all the time, especially working with shipping + dragging head (but currently we like it very much, the work is done back, have time to live after work)
🤔 Every error has a price to pay, such as editing documents.
Is it hard to find a job? ⁉️
In fact, this line of work is not difficult to find. Even if experienced, it is still preferred by many companies. And the freshmen see that it is not difficult to understand the process.
Everything is a personal opinion from the DEA that has been doing for 3 years.
