偏食の旦那さんのお弁当作りは、毎日の献立考案や食材選びに頭を悩ませるものですよね。私も似たような経験があり、野菜を増やすと警戒されたり、新しいメニューに挑戦すると様子見 されることが多く、気を遣いながら作っています。 しかし、毎回きっちり完食してくれると本当に嬉しく、作り甲斐を感じます。例えば、鶏の照り焼きや鮭の大葉ソテーは肉や魚がメインで食べやすく、しめじやまいたけのきのこ炒めは塩昆布やベーコンを活用して旨味をプラスすることで、野菜嫌いの方でも抵抗なく食べられる工夫が可能です。 さらに、チーズinカニカマやチーズin卵焼きなどの隠し味を使ったメニューは見た目にも楽しさがあり、偏食傾向のある方の心をつかみやすいです。段階的に新しい食材や味付けを取り入れて、少しずつ食の幅を広げるのがおすすめ。 私が実践しているのは、茶色いおかずでも味付けを工夫すること。甘辛味やケチャップ、マヨネーズなど子どもから大人まで好まれる味で彩り以上に満足感を与えられます。加えて、ミニトマトやラディッシュのナムルなど彩り野菜を添えると見た目もきれいにまとまり、飽きずに食べてもらえることが多いです。 偏食家族のお弁当作りは大変ですが、時間をかけて愛情を込めて作ることで、本人の元気にも繋がります。お互いに無理せず、楽しみながら少しずつメニューの幅を広げていきましょう。毎日のお弁当作りに励んでいる方々にエールを送りたいです。
