偏食のある旦那さんのお弁当作りは、毎日がチャレンジですよね。私も経験がありますが、色鮮やかなお弁当ではなくても、旦那さんが食べやすいメニューを考えることが大切だと感じました。茶色のおかずが多くなりがちでも、味付けや食感に変化をつけることで飽きずに食べてもらえます。 例えば、味噌やしょうゆベースの和風味付け、マ ヨネーズ少々の洋風テイスト、照り焼きの甘辛味などを工夫して組み合わせると、同じ色合いでもバリエーションは豊かになります。また、偏食の理由を具体的に聞いてみて、苦手な食材を避けたり調理法を変えたりするのも効果的です。 さらに、時には旦那さんの好きなメニューをローテーションに入れ、完食の喜びを共有することがモチベーションアップに繋がりました。5日間一気に作ったお弁当では、メニューの繰り返しを避けつつ無理なく準備するコツも見つかります。 何よりも、お弁当箱が空っぽで戻ってくるたびに感じる感謝と愛情は、夫婦の絆を深める素敵な瞬間です。偏食旦那さんのお弁当作りは大変ですが、その分やりがいも大きいので、これからもお互いの健康を願いながら続けていきたいですね。
