偏食のある家族のお弁当作りは悩みが尽きませんよね。私も毎朝、好き嫌いが多い家族のために何を作るか試行錯誤しています。特にお弁当は見た目も大事なので、色味や形を工夫して食欲がわくように気をつけています。 私の場合、まず一品は必ず家族の好きなメインを入れて、その日の体調や気分に合わせて副菜を変えていま す。例えば、揚げ物が続くときは野菜のお浸しやさっぱりした和え物を加えたり、栄養の偏りを防ぐようにしています。 また、毎朝の早起きは大変ですが、「今日も完食！」の言葉を聞くとその苦労も報われます。意外と簡単な調味料の組み合わせや調理の順番で味が変わるので、少しずつレパートリーが増えてきました。 お弁当箱のサイズや形も食べやすさに影響するので、食べやすいように詰め方にも工夫を重ねています。偏食があっても楽しみながら作ることで、家族みんなが笑顔になれるお弁当時間を大切にしています。
