It’s Launch Day ✨

I launched my first collection with over 50 hand selected pieces named after amazing woman I know. The Glam Girl Collection 🤩

I ordered 48 pieces per style😱 (crazy right) I wanted to have enough inventory for “everybody.” I felt everyone would love my selections and the quality of my items. I wanted everyone to shop with me. That’s how we think as new business owners

These items did well, in fact they sold great However, Having so much inventory starting out is not ideal.

Starting out you need to identify your target audience and learned their buying habits.

Buying in such big quantities resulted in me being stuck with a lot of left over inventory. My clientele was looking for what was next when I was trying to figure out how to get rid of what I already had.🤔 Luckily I didn’t get

“Super Trendy” “Fast Fashion” pieces that went out of style that same season. ⬇️
