Why I’m skipping my annual 21-day fast this year.

For years, January 1st meant the Daniel Fast & Goal Creation. But I realized it became routine, not revelation or neuroplasticity. When you do something out of routine, it loses its power to create deep, functional change🧠

This year, I’m choosing to SLOWDOWN as a start to my new year.
