Starting a Physical Health Journey

as of last week i was getting, on average 500 steps a day! i was eating whatever i wanted and just laying/ sitting down ALL DAY

I am not a gym person so i decided to invest in a walking pad on Amazon, it is super basic and was only a couple hundred bucks but it gets the job done!

starting this past monday 1/29 I have been making healthier lunches and dinners and walking AT LEAST two miles a day!!

I have also started drinking a lot of water which is super important!

monday I weighed in at 175 pounds and i’m going to weigh in again this upcoming monday, really hoping to see a little progress!! this is a reminder that you just have to START 💕
