I’m homesick

I’m happy here but I also want to go back I miss my coping mechanisms and living in a small town is hard for me since I don’t have any of my coping mechanisms here and I’m not sure what to do for that. I don’t necessarily want to move back to my home town because of trauma but I don’t think I could stay here long term.

Any tips on how to work through this?

I really love it here!! I’m just super anxious.
