Most fly to the neighborhood.

Fly to Thailand too. Hehe. There will be three destinations: BKK, HKT, KBV. Our home file. Thai girls fly every month, which is equal to returning to Thailand very often. Not thinking about home at all. Our feelings. Other destinations that get layovers will follow this.

Colleagues are very global, come from everywhere, sometimes we don't know when we actually work to know that there is a country in the world.

There may be some linguistic and cultural diversity that impedes many people's foreign work, but don't take anything personal as the best. There is some mix of good and bad, but most of them are okay. 😇

🤗 work is common according to the airline's standard. It will run according to the position we have assigned in the file. The scope will not be the same. It will be divided into zones. The work will be like when the airline trains. The instructor will train us everything on a new count. For those who have no previous crew experience.

💵 Salary, Benefits

The salary is considered good to a certain extent. It depends on our flight diligence.

The salary is divided into four main parts.

- Basic salary, Hosing allowance, Transportation allowance, flying allowances

💒 the company has accommodation as well, but secretly it is not enough to support the number of crew. Therefore, most of the crew go out to each other personally. P.S. Will be at the accommodation or not at the company will provide the same amount of money. We can manage it ourselves. In total, each month, if flying too little, will get a salary of not less than six digits.

Our friend Uzbekistan came to show it. Just the flight fee alone is almost six digits, not including basic salary, and so on. But she flew as a mosquito. For us, taking our body is ok is enough. The cost is not good. 😂

Other Benefits The company provides insurance and then gets the right to buy tickets at the price of the employees on both their own line and other affiliated lines or discount accommodation. Services are available depending on how much we can use ~

💫 conclusion for us. After flying for the first anniversary, we feel that we like working in this area. It is a job that is done and finished in each file without a job. And it is considered a good experience. To meet people of different languages, different cultures, make us grow up obviously. Look at the world much wider than before.
