Pizza School NYC

I finally learned to make a proper slice at Pizza School NYC! 4 pizzas, endless fun, and worth every bite.

Pizza School NYC

... Read moreAttending Pizza School NYC was truly an eye-opening experience for me as a pizza enthusiast. From the moment I stepped into the kitchen, I appreciated how the instructors emphasized the importance of dough preparation, stretching techniques, and ideal baking times to replicate the iconic New York pizza taste. One tip I found invaluable was on dough hydration, which affects the crust’s tenderness and chewiness. Learning how to properly stretch the dough without tearing it was easier than I expected after some practice. Making four different pizzas gave me a chance to experiment with various toppings and sauces, enhancing my understanding of classic and creative flavor combinations. The school's welcoming environment turned the cooking session into a fun, social event that felt like making pizza with friends. If you're visiting New York or living nearby and want to deepen your cooking skills, I highly recommend joining Pizza School NYC. Not only do you walk away with delicious pizza, but you also gain confidence to recreate authentic slices at home. Plus, the memories and laughter make it an experience worth every bite!
