Using a moisturizing shampoo helps cleanse without stripping natural oils, which is essential for hair growth. Deep conditioning is another cornerstone of my routine. After shampooing, I apply a rich deep conditioner and leave it on for about 20 minutes. This step restores moisture and repairs damage, making hair softer and more manageable. Following that, using a leave-in conditioner locks in the moisture and provides extra protection throughout the day. I also pay attention to how often I wash my hair. Over-washing can lead to dryness and breakage, so I space out wash days to keep my hair balanced. Additionally, gentle detangling during wash day helps prevent hair loss from pulling.
