Moreover, incorporating themes of environmental awareness into mental health poetry raises consciousness about the importance of protecting our planet. It reminds us that caring for the environment is intertwined with caring for our mental health, as green spaces contribute to reduced stress and enhanced emotional resilience. I encourage others to use World Environment Day not just for external action but also for internal reflection—through creative expression such as poetry or spoken word. These practices can amplify the voices advocating for environmental preservation while simultaneously promoting personal healing and mindfulness. The day is a reminder that by nurturing our planet, we also nurture the mind and soul.
