It’s finally love season 💗 weekly dump
Since November I HAVE NOT been feeling like myself. My carence in vitamin D, the sleep and sun deprivation got to me. This week is the first time i feel really good, and I know it’s because we are almost over with this winter.
I have never been this excited for spring. I can’t wait for more sun, more walks, more fun and more happiness.
I really don’t know how people love winter. If we forget about Christmas, i am really not into winter season at all.
Today I am so grateful for :
- my family
- the sunlight
- coffee
I hope you have a beautiful weekend 💗

As we transition from winter to spring, many individuals experience a shift in mood and well-being due to increased sunlight and outdoor activities. Vitamin D is crucial for our mental health, as it helps regulate mood and ward off feelings of sadness. Numerous studies show that exposure to sunlight can improve energy levels, making it easier to enjoy outdoor activities like long walks and fun outings with loved ones. Furthermore, spring often symbolizes renewal and growth, encouraging people to engage more with nature, which can uplift spirits and create a more positive mindset. It's also a great time to reflect on the things we are grateful for, from support systems like family to small daily joys like a warm cup of coffee. This change in season can be a wonderful opportunity to create new memories and embrace life with open arms. Let's make the most of this love season by reconnecting with ourselves and cherishing the beauty around us.
