50 THINGS YOU CAN DO WHEN YOU ARE NOT MOTIVATED 🫶

First of all I hope you know that you are not alone and that you are doing amazing!!!!

The last couple months I had a hard time and I was in a very weird place, it happens. And it’s ok to not be motivated sometimes.

Sometimes it’s just for an hour, sometimes it’s a day, or a week. Life is not linear and it’s normal to have moments where the things that used to be simple are hard to do, or when everything seems overwhelming.

However I don’t want us to forget to ask for help when we feel like we need to ! You are not alone, and you can always reach to someone.

And I know therapy is expensive, but it’s really important, and there is NO SHAME at having to ask for help !

Don’t be hard on yourself and look at all the beautiful things you have already done.

Things gets better, always !
