My 90 transformation
I was once massively fat. I was having trouble standing for long periods of time. I couldn’t go for long periods without eating or drinking water. I had essentially gave up on myself.
In 2024 I ended up doing a transformation with the help of my fitness coach and which she taught me proper nutrition and HIIT and because I was able to go from 250 down to 225.
