I can say that I am very proud of myself. It feels like I have really grown up and grown up. Living better like us is happy. Enjoy and doing each thing. Working with other people, he is happy with us. Actually, it's not hard to be diligent, but not lazy. 2. Digest a big job into a small job or do one by one. Sometimes when we see a lot of work, we will feel tired, do not want to do it! Gradually break it down.
3. If you think of doing something, count 1 - 5 in your heart and get up and do it!!!Don't wait because it will make us lazy immediately.
4. Reward yourself. When we succeed, reward yourself. Maybe some rest. Stop eating this, eat this, recharge, and don't forget to tell yourself that "very good," like stimulating your brain every day, hahahaha.
5. Another way is to write down what to do in the table / table. When finished, the dump will make us feel like, hey, it's done. It has a clear feed like mission complete.
