Having been on a brutal course like an informal debt, I had to adjust my lifestyle to survive.

The principle is

> Mental health must be good

And what to do? For us who want to share is

1. Sleeping is the most important. Hurry up and sleep for a limited time. Just get to sleep. Sometimes it feels like you're a collector of sleep hours.

2. Drink water often during the day and after waking up.

3.Take vitamins, supplements. We focus on vitamins B, C, Zinc, Omega3 and Astraxanthin (withered front).

4.Nourish the face regularly, even after work late, need to wash your face clean, nourishing cream need to be juicy, we add facial markings as well, moisturizing mainly

5. Believe that even after sleeping a lot, the body seems to say that it is not enough, but still have to force to work. Coffee helps (some). It is refreshing and not nutty, but only black coffee. Desserts can be eaten enough to avoid.

6. We should have something to help the heart. On a tired day, just seeing or staying with it makes the bad story of the day sparse or forget for a while. Maybe a pet, an artist who likes a favorite series or a cold beer. I told you that mental health must be good to have a fight in the next days.

Finally, even if you are busy, you have to share your time with your family. Just having dinner together or talking deep talk is considered to win both sides so no one will be upset.
