New Fisher Price WOODEN TOYS!

I was so excited when I was walking through Walmart and saw these new wooden toys! And then I saw they were by Fisher Price and I was so surprised!

They are all made with toxic free paint and FSC-Certified wood!

My favorite one is for sure the Herb Set! It’s so cute and I love the colors.

Right now this line is only at Walmart but they might expand after the new launch!

... Read moreFinding new toys for my little ones is always a joy, and stumbling upon the Fisher-Price wooden collection at Walmart recently was such a pleasant surprise! As a mom, I'm always looking for options that aren't just fun, but also safe and beneficial for their development. This new line truly hits all those marks, and I wanted to share a bit more about why these eco-friendly choices are making their way into our home. First off, the fact that these are made with FSC-Certified wood and toxic-free paint is a huge win. For those unfamiliar, FSC certification means the wood comes from responsibly managed forests, promoting sustainable practices. Knowing my children are playing with toys free from harmful chemicals gives me such peace of mind. It's a small change that makes a big impact on their health and the environment! Let's talk about some of the fantastic Fisher-Price wooden toys I spotted, drawing from what I saw on the shelves at Walmart. The wooden stacking animal set, featuring adorable koalas, lions, and alligators, is perfect for little hands. These aren't just cute; they're brilliant for developing early dexterity and crucial hand-eye coordination in toddlers aged 12 months and up. My little one spends ages trying to balance them, which is amazing for their problem-solving skills! For slightly older kids (3+), the wooden balance tree toy set is another gem. It encourages patience and attention to detail as they try to balance different pieces without toppling the tree. And the wooden herb set? Oh my goodness, it's my absolute favorite! This 12-piece set is fantastic for sparking imaginative play and even boosting language skills as kids 'cook' and 'garden'. It’s wonderful to see them create their own little worlds. I also noticed a wooden treehouse ball run toy, which looks incredible for younger babies (9 months and up). The multi-level structure with a red ball and bell helps develop auditory skills and gross motor skills as they track the ball and reach for it. There were even classic shape sorters and other imaginative play sets that really stood out, making Walmart a great preschool store for these finds. What I love most about these Fisher-Price eco-friendly toy options is their potential for longevity. Unlike some plastic toys that might quickly break, wooden toys are incredibly durable and often become cherished items. They encourage open-ended play, letting children use their creativity rather than being limited by specific functions. If you're looking for sustainable, high-quality toys, these are definitely worth checking out. If you're heading to Walmart, definitely keep an eye out for these. They’re currently a Walmart exclusive, making it even more special to find them. When you’re browsing the toy aisles, look for the distinctive packaging highlighting their sustainable features. It's a fantastic way to invest in high-quality, safe, and engaging toys that benefit both your child's development and our planet. I highly recommend checking them out – your little one (and you!) will love them!
