Hot weather. Migraine relapse.
🔥 The sun in Thailand has done a story! The hot weather penetrates mercury. The "migraine" is recurring. 😫
Who is it? Walk out to see the sunny or the sweltering weather. The headache is immediately asked for! It is not uncommon. In April like this, "heat" and "bright sunshine" are one of the key factors that encourage migraine to relapse.
Why does hot weather stimulate migraines? ☀️
💦 Dehydration. Hot air causes us to lose a lot of sweat. When the body loses water, blood thickens, resulting in reduced blood supply to the brain and causing headaches.
🌡️ blood vessels expand. Higher temperatures cause blood vessels in the head to expand, resulting in the nerves around them being depressed into pulse pain.
🕶️ Bright sunlight reflects the eyes. Too strong sunlight directly stimulates the optic and brain nerves, allowing light-sensitive people to develop acute migraines.
💡 Trick has been fighting migraines this summer.
1. Sip water often, carry a water bottle with yourself, drink at least 2-3 liters of water a day to prevent dehydration.
2.Carry sunscreen and cool items UV proof umbrella, hat, sunglasses or portable fan
3. Avoid sudden temperature change. From a very hot place, walk into a cold air room immediately. May cause veins to shrink and expand too fast to headache.
4. Reinforced with "Magnesium" (Magnesium), an important mineral that contributes to the decomposition of blood vessels and relaxing the nervous system. Adequate and consistent magnesium exposure. There is research to support that it can help reduce the frequency and severity of migraine pain very well.
It's sunny this summer. Don't tell anyone. Don't forget to take good care of yourself, drink a lot of water, and find stress-relaxing activities with concern. 💙
