Chinese President Xi Jinping replies to a letter from teachers and students of a U.S. youth education exchange delegation, saying he is pleased they had a meaningful visit to China and developed strong interest in Chinese culture.
Xi highlights that over 40,000 young Americans have participated in China’s “50,000 in Five Years” initiative, which aims to deepen people-to-people ties between China and the United States.
