"BEYOND: Next to the Future Ahead" by Ordnance Handsome
"If you do the present well, the future will be good." The simple sentence that the artist, the ornithologist, the handsome avana, intended for us to think about is the centerpiece of the exhibition "BEYOND: Next to the Future," a painting exhibition that conveys the journey of contemporary life and society throughout a full year through an artistic language that combines Thai traditions and the spirit of contemporary.
In the exhibition "BEYOND," artists create paintings with multiple layers of meaning, each not just telling events, but thinking about time, the gradual movement, and the inevitable changes. Artists use the narrative scene, which can be found in murals based on the Church, reflecting the journey of time, like a mural in which the audience has to slowly explore from scene to scene, like reading life through the eyes and the heart.
What makes this ensemble work uniquely attractive is the use of colors and textures formed by instinctive and emotional processes. These colors not only create scenic beauty, but also reflect the inner rhythm of life, impermanence, the splendor of decay, and the power of growth. Cracking color stains, faded traces, and the superimposition of color layers convey a time that corrodes everything, but in that decay there is a hidden beauty.
Madu goes with a conversation between time and life that allows us to move forward gently and steadily with the same belief that "if you do the present well, the future will be good" at the "BEYOND" exhibition.

นิทรรศการ BEYOND ไม่เพียงแต่เป็นการจัดแสดงภาพจิตรกรรมที่ผสมผสานความเป็นไทยและความร่วมสมัย แต่ยังเปิดพื้นที่ให้ผู้ชมได้มีโอกาสสัมผัสกับความรู้สึกและเรื่องราวที่ซ่อนอยู่ในชั้นสีและรอยแตกร้าวที่ปรากฏบนภาพเหล่านั้น จากประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว การได้เดินชมผลงานในบรรยากาศหอศิลป์เจ้าฟ้า ผมรู้สึกเหมือนได้เดินทางผ่านช่วงเวลาและความรู้สึกที่ศิลปินตั้งใจสื่อ ถึงแม้ภาพแต่ละชิ้นจะมีความซับซ้อน แต่ก็เชิญชวนให้เราหยุดคิดถึงความเปลี่ยนแปลงและการเติบโตในชีวิตของเราเอง ภาพจิตรกรรมที่มีสีสันสดใสและลวดลายซับซ้อน ทำให้ผมรู้สึกถึงพลังชีวิตและการเคลื่อนไหวอย่างไม่หยุดนิ่ง พร้อมกับความงามที่ซ่อนอยู่ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงและความไม่เที่ยงของทุกสิ่ง การมาชมนิทรรศการนี้จึงเหมือนการได้ใช้เวลาทบทวนและเติมพลังให้ตัวเอง ก่อนก้าวไปสู่อนาคตอย่างมั่นคงและเต็มไปด้วยความหวัง ผมแนะนำให้ใครที่สนใจศิลปะไทยร่วมสมัยและต้องการสัมผัสความหมายลึกซึ้งของชีวิต ผ่านงานศิลปะที่งดงามนี้ ไม่ควรพลาดนิทรรศการ BEYOND ที่จัดแสดงถึงปลายเดือนตุลาคมนี้ที่พิพิธภัณฑสถานแห่งชาติ หอศิลป (หอศิลป์เจ้าฟ้า)
