Easy 20 min dinner but make it High Protein with 40g of protein!

How to make it:

1 lb of 93/7 ground beef from @Wegmans I only used about

3/4 of it.

Fusilli High Protein Pasta from @Kaizen Food Company it is gluten free and plant based and so so delicious!

1/2 diced yellow onion

1/2 diced green bell pepper

1/2 diced red bell pepper

Pinch of salt and pepper

Avocado spray @Chosen Foods

1/2 tbsp garlic paste from Cento

For the sauce I used @Yo Mama's Foods Basil Tomato Sauce and it is divine 🤌🏼

Sprinkle some fresh Parmesan cheese overtop once finished.

This entire meal was so quick to make, it serves approximately 3-4 people and it has 40g of protein per serving! it's great as a meal prep option as well 🫶🏼
