The decision that forever changed our lives...

Not only physically & mentally but in all aspects of life. From starting to loose weight, to me sharing our favorite recipes online that helped us loose the weight. To my husband getting into a job he wanted for years but he couldn't because of his weight.

To me finding myself after 3 kids. Making social media my full time job. Working with dream brands. To being able to get a bigger house for our family after living in a house we did not longer fit into.

To building a beautiful community on social media, to inspiring many of you to do the same ♥️

The positive changes are endless...

& we truly believe it all was made possible by making that one decision. BUT making it together was powerfully important
