what are monitoring spirits? people in your life that keep tabs on you out of envy, or with bad intentions. they love to be in the loop, and can actively try to sabatage any blessings. if you think someone is a monitoring spirit, the best course of action is to cut them off or put them on a strict information diet. bonus points if you put them in the freezer. #monitoringspirits #evileyeprotection #somebodythatiusedtoknow

Wow I have people like this in my life that I have cut off and you have described it perfectly I didn't know then there was a this name for it this sums it up perfectly!!! and I'm going through this right now with somebody that I have been close friends with or thought was my close friend and just have been really opening my eyes and seeing this person does not have good intent from for me and doesn't care and I'm always putting more into the friendship then she does and she's being controlling wants to know everything but does nothing to help.. also just expect me to do and agree with whatever she wants or says and it's okay for her to do whatever or act however she wants but it's not okay for me to.. it sucks and I have been distancing myself and it's gotten to the point where I had to block her and just take some time to step away and I have been feeling a lot better..
