Ascension Symptoms

Hey spiritual seekers! Have you been feeling a bit... different lately? Like the world around you is shifting, and so are you? You're not alone! Many of us are experiencing what are known as ascension symptoms, powerful signs that we’re undergoing a spiritual awakening and perhaps even shifting into higher dimensions, often referred to as 5D ascension. It's a profound journey of transformation, and while incredibly exciting, it can also come with some peculiar and sometimes intense experiences. I wanted to share some of the ascension signs and symptoms I've personally encountered or heard from others on this path. It's truly fascinating how our bodies, minds, and spirits adapt to higher frequencies. Energetic & Perceptual Shifts: One of the most common experiences is a heightened sensitivity to energy. I've started seeing energy and shadow beings out of the corner of my eye, or even noticed subtle energy & auras around people and objects. It’s like a veil has been lifted! You might also find yourself seeing sparkles, light flashes & orbs, or even what some call lightships in the sky. For a while, I even saw a swirling universe, a door, & flashes with my eyes closed during meditation – it was wild! This increased perception often extends to sound and feeling too. Intuitive & Telepathic Abilities: Has your intuition gone into overdrive? Mine certainly has! I've noticed a strong intuition that guides me in ways I never thought possible. And the idea of telepathy with sentient energy beings or even telepathy with other humans feels less like science fiction and more like an emerging reality. It’s as if communication is becoming more subtle and direct. Physical & Emotional Transformations: This is where things can get a bit challenging but also incredibly purifying. Many report noticing their face & body changing, sometimes feeling lighter, sometimes experiencing odd aches. I've certainly dealt with physical headaches, especially around the crown, and periods of intense emotional purges where old feelings just bubble up to be released. Other common physical ascension symptoms include feeling inexplicably hot/cold, bouts of insomnia, occasional blurry eyes, and yes, even feeling a bit more gassy than usual! It’s all part of the body recalibrating. Deepening Connection & Bliss: Amidst all these shifts, there's a beautiful sense of connection. I've been feeling very connected to Mother Earth, sensing her energy beneath my feet and in every tree. And honestly, there are moments of pure joy, where I'm just feeling blissful and groovy for no apparent reason. It’s a wonderful contrast to the intensity. Healing & Self-Discovery: As we go through these changes, a natural inclination towards healings: yourself and others often emerges. You might find new ways to nurture your body and soul, or even feel called to help others on their journey. This entire process is about shedding the old, embracing the new, and stepping into your authentic, higher self. Remember, everyone's journey is unique, and you might experience some or all of these ascension symptoms spiritual awakening signs. The key is to listen to your body, practice self-care, and trust the process. You are evolving! ✨
