✨ Monday Reflection: Reset the Vibe, Reclaim the Week ✨

This morning I had to remind myself of something simple but strategic:

I get to choose how this week feels.

Life tried it last week — mentally, emotionally, spiritually — but here I am, clocking in with gratitude and grit. Before the holiday chaos, the cooking, the family noise, the expectations… I’m grounding myself in the basics:

A clean heart

A clear mind

A steady spirit

And the courage to be present

Thanksgiving isn’t just a day on the calendar — it’s a mindset.

It’s choosing to slow down long enough to see the blessings that didn’t skip you.

It’s acknowledging the valleys without letting them steal the sunrise.

It’s remembering that even in the heaviness, you’re still being carried.

So today, I’m taking a breath, taking my peace back, and taking the pressure off.

This week, I’m showing up softer, wiser, and more aligned than I was yesterday.

If you’re reading this, I hope your Monday feels like a quiet “you got this” straight from God.

Let’s run the play.
