my simple 2026 planning framework
Tell me I am not the only one who does this. I’ve been using this framework for the past couple of years for my annual planning and have enjoyed it! It goes like this:
1. Reflect first
2. Define your values
3. Choose 3 focuses for the year
4. Set specific measurable goals
5. Reflect on your progress throughout the year
