How does Starter Motor work?
⚙️ How does the Starter Motor work?
The key parts that turn the power from the battery into a rotational force to wake the engine to stick. There are three simple steps:
1.Push Sprocket: The Solenoid Clutch Assembly pushes the small sprocket out against the Flywheel of the engine.
2.Rotate Start: The motor pulls the power from the battery to rotate with high torque to drive the engine to start.
3.Rebound: Once the engine is started, the motor will stop working, and the spring will pull the gear back immediately to prevent damage.
⚠️ Caution: The starter motor eats a very high light. If the starter does not stick, the soaking key should not be twisted for more than 5-10 seconds because it can cause motor burns or battery exhaustion.
