I’ve personally experienced moments when exhaustion threatens to take over, but reminding myself of my aspirations and the values I hold dear helps me push through. One thing that works for me is recalling what I consider important — like having an 'expensive taste' or a higher standard in the things I enjoy. This reminder isn’t just about material desires but symbolizes the quality and joy I strive to keep in life. When the burn out starts to hit, I pause and reflect on these motivations, using them as a mental boost. Additionally, it's helpful to break tasks down into smaller, manageable steps to avoid feeling overwhelmed. Keeping a positive mindset, focusing on the progress rather than perfection, and celebrating small wins alleviates stress and reignites energy.
