The story of "Beautiful Broke" and "Sweet Broke," a mother of elephants who was separated from each other at the age of three, is a story full of pain, but also full of compassion.
Sweet was the only little baby elephant to play in the sun, learn the world alongside her mother.
But everything changed...
Because of a chemical she doesn't know.
Innocently, she used her proboscis to touch it. The pain took away both eyes for the rest of her life.
The world of the little elephant... became darkness.
The owner tried to heal her fully, but in the end she could not help her return to view. Every time she looked at Sweet's eyes, it was like seeing the guilt in her heart.
Until one day... decided to announce the sale, hoping someone would give this baby a new life.
And that day...
Teacher Odd, Luang Pagoda Temple, Chiang Mai Province, got to know the story of sweet.

In December 2025, Teacher Odd met a "beautiful crash" by accident.
A mother elephant is wounding her left eye from being shot by an old man with a slingshot to risk losing her own eye.
Knowing that she is "sweet's mother,"
He decided to redeem his life immediately, to heal his eyes, and to do whatever it takes to get your mother back together.
Today...
The hope that many people have been waiting for has become a reality.
A beautiful crash was delivered as a "legacy of the land" and entered the Thai Elephant Conservation Center, Lampang Province.

การได้อ่านเรื่องราวของพังแสนสวยและแสนหวานทำให้ผมนึกถึงความสำคัญของการอนุรักษ์และช่วยเหลือช้างไทยอย่างลึกซึ้ง ช้างเป็นสัตว์ที่มีความผูกพันและความฉลาดมาก การพลัดพรากแม่ลูกช้างแน่นอนว่าเป็นความเจ็บปวดทั้งสำหรับช้างและผู้ที่รักช้างทุกคน ในประสบการณ์ส่วนตัว ผมเคยไปเยี่ยมชมศูนย์อนุรักษ์ช้างแห่งหนึ่งในภาคเหนือของประเทศไทย ที่นั่นได้เห็นความใส่ใจและความรักที่ทีมสัตวแพทย์และผู้ดูแลมีต่อลูกช้าง แม้ในกรณีที่ลูกช้างพิการหรือบาดเจ็บจนไม่สามารถฟื้นฟูได้เต็มที่ แต่ความรักและการดูแลก็ช่วยให้พวกมันมีชีวิตที่มีความสุขและปลอดภัยมากขึ้น เรื่องของสารเคมีที่ลูกช้างแสนหวานสัมผัสและทำให้สูญเสียสายตานั้นเป็นบทเรียนสำคัญที่เตือนใจเราว่า การปกป้องธรรมชาติและสัตว์ป่า ต้องคำนึงถึงผลกระทบจากการทำลายสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างรอบคอบ ความเมตตาที่พระครูอ๊อดแสดงให้เห็นถึงความรักในการช่วยเหลือชีวิตเป็นตัวอย่างที่ดีว่าสิ่งหนึ่งที่ยิ่งใหญ่กว่าคือใจที่มีเมตตาและความตั้งใจช่วยเหลือ การได้เห็นแม่ลูกช้างได้กลับมาอยู่ด้วยกันอีกครั้งเหมือนปาฏิหาริย์ที่เกิดขึ้นได้จริงจากความร่วมแรงร่วมใจของหลายฝ่าย และเป็นกำลังใจให้ใครหลายคนในวงการอนุรักษ์สัตว์ป่า นอกจากนี้ ยังเป็นแรงบันดาลใจให้ทุกคนหันมาร่วมมือกันช่วยรักษาธรรมชาติและสัตว์ป่า เพื่ออนาคตที่สดใสของช้างและสัตว์อื่น ๆ ต่อไป อยากเชิญชวนทุกคนที่สนใจในเรื่องราวของช้างหรืออยากช่วยเหลือ สามารถติดตามหรือไปร่วมกิจกรรมกับศูนย์อนุรักษ์ช้างไทยเพื่อลงมือทำจริงในการช่วยดูแลและฟื้นฟูชีวิตของช้างเหล่านี้ เพราะบางครั้งการเปลี่ยนแปลงเล็ก ๆ จากเราคือความหวังใหญ่สำหรับชีวิตพวกเขา
