It is divided into four areas, a rest area and a training room.

The Potential Star Autumn that evolves me
古代蓮会館は蓮の神秘的な生態を身近に感じられる貴重な展示施設です。特に展示室では、蓮池の環境を再現した空間で、種の発芽から花の開花、翌日にはつぼみが再び閉じる蓮の独特なサイクルをじっくり観察できます。私自身、訪れた際にはレプリカの展示物を通じて蓮の成長段階の繊細さや地下茎の役割など、普段はなかなか気づかない植物の生命力を実感できました。 古代蓮は種類によって花色や大きさ、花弁の数が異なり、白蓮、紅蓮、黄蓮など7つの系統に分類されています。例えば「真如蓮」「西光寺白蓮」「碧台蓮」など地域ごとの代表的な品種名にも触れられ、それぞれの特色を 学べるのも魅力の一つです。こうした蓮の多様性を画像やQ＆Aコーナーで楽しく理解できます。 また、館内の円筒形大型スクリーンでは4K映像が流れ、四季折々の蓮の里の美しい風景が堪能できます。開花期間中は7時から16時30分まで蓮の花の見学ができるため、早朝に訪れることで清々しい蓮の香りとともに花の幻想的な様子を味わうことも可能です。 私のおすすめポイントは、床の下に設置された展示で地下茎の様子を間近で見られることです。見えない地下の部分が蓮の生命線であることを知ってから、蓮の深い生命力と自然の不思議さを改めて感じました。 埼玉県行田市の小針にあるこの施設は、蓮の一生をゆっくり学びたい方や家族の秋のおでかけにもぴったりだと思います。蓮が好きな方はもちろん、植物の成長過程に興味がある方にもぜひ訪れてほしい場所です。
